New finds

I'm finally getting some new finds added to my web store. Between my space at Grandview Mercantile and the shows the website has taken a backseat. But bear with me...I'm getting there.

Some new finds. . .

It;s crazy busy around here (just as it probably is at your house too, isn't summer supposed to be a little slower?). In between the hunting and gathering of goods I have restocked my space at Grandview Mercantile a few times and moved out of Finder's Keeper's. Hopefully I'll find some time to restock my web store, if you happen to visit it my apologies, with the demand of the new space my website has taken a back burner. Happy Monday! June already too!  My husband and I spent the weekend rounding up some exceptional pieces for you. Look what we found. . .

 

Don't you love re-purposing old finds? These century old cast iron park bench ends are way too gorgeous for them to be done with their lives even though the bench no longer exists. What do you think of the silhouette they create on the wall? They flank an antique cast iron fence gate unearthed in Pomeroy, Ohio. How about this find??? A circa 1930 French wine cage!! Honey...can't we build a wine cellar just for this piece? This would be great in a restaurant or brewery or in any one of my fellow wine lover's homes (you know who you are...and there's a lot of you).
